This app is great to transfer pics and video. Too bad you cant send different file from the smartphone!

Not sure why this app is getting any hate. Works extremely well and quickly. When I stopped receiving emails due to a one time bounce back, support was quick to help. Really useful in getting a lot of files, or just particular large ones, off your phone and to the computer.

Works smoothly and efficiently. Emails you when the transfer has gone through. I have now used it several times and each transfer has been uneventful. Thats the highest praise I can give anything mechanical! It works as it should.

Absolute GARBAGE! How about allowing the "plus" members to access their "online" files that have already been sent so that they can be forwarded or sent again or confirmed that they were sent in the first place. Pathetic.

It wants access to your photos and videos and the app WILL NOT function without access. I just wanted to download and view a file on mobile because their website doesnt support it. I have no intent to upload but I cant do anything without providing the app and the developers access to my phone... Shady.

Crashes too often. Dont have time for apps that are unstable. Why bother?

It only works if you grant it access to your photo library. You will not be able to simply download files someone sent you.

This app only allows you to send photos, but I need photos that are sent to me to be viewed by mobile phone and I cannot do this.

Some glitch is preventing the video from transferring.

An error message says that I need to connect to the Internet to use the app. I am connected to the Internet. This app doesnt work.

Please add mobile number system like whats app instead of email

Really convenient.

I had to transfer a 25 minute video to someone from my iPhone. It took about 6 hours to upload (i kept my iPhone connected to wifi and set it to never lock), but the process went smoothly and the recipient had no trouble downloading.
